Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates Free standard shipping on all orders over $20. Orders below $20 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $20, calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order at 17track.net or through the carrier's official website.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
